Patient: You really wanna know what caused it?
Me: yes
Patient: his eyes wide opened and his face turned red and said I was having sex with my girfriend and I couldn't really stand up after
Me: so what was different this time that made you feel this severe pain
Patient: she insisted on trying a new position
Without going in more details of that ... here is the thing is it safe to have sex if you have lower back pain?
The answer is yes it is safe for your lower back to still have sex but it might need some adjustment.
With lower back pain depending on the cause of it there will be positions that you need to avoid and positions that are preferrable for you during having sex
