No wonder how important talking about back pain is, because every adult experience back pain at least once in his life.

You might have heard friends, your doctor or even your internet search saying it’s a slipped disc, misalignment or even stenosis or whatever terminology you’ve heard I know that’s not what worries you but what matters to you is how to get rid of it so you can be free of pain.


What causes my back pain?

  • Previous injury

If you had an injury as car accident or fall without appropriate treatment than can be the cause of your lower back pain or stiffness

  • Decreased physical activity

By growing up in age there are some changes happen to our bodies one of them is loss of muscles cells which can be challenging if the person isn’t strong or not doing regular exercises or physical activities

  • Sustaining prolonged positions

Sitting positions, sleep positions or your job positions those are the most common things that we do daily, and they have a great impact on our joints and spine health.

  • Start to be active

Being active again and modifying your lifestyle is one of the things you can do to ease your back pain. In between your prolonged sitting stand up every 1-2 hours and have a little stretch or walk.

Physical therapy is superior to painkillers and surgeries in treating back pain. Physical therapist will teach you and help you about your condition and what can be done to fix it.
